1. Quoting & Estimates

Any price estimation provided through our online quote request forms is a non-binding estimate based on your submitted dimensions and photos. A final, legally binding quote is only supplied after a detailed physical site measure and substrate assessment.

2. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all dimensions (m²), structural substrate description, and photos supplied during quote requests are accurate to avoid discrepancies.

3. Licensing Compliance

NJ Pro Tiling holds full contractor licensing and public liability insurance. Tiling and waterproofing work is carried out in strict accordance with Victorian building regulations, VBA guidelines, and AS 3740 standard specifications.

4. Copyright

All photographs and videos of completed tiling work displayed on our portfolio are real projects completed by NJ Pro Tiling and are protected under copyright law. No images may be copied or reused without permission.
